Who We Are
Savensia is a boutique practice supporting innovation, product development, and organizational growth. Founded in 2011, in Cluj-Napoca, by Smaranda Ignat and active across multiple ecosystems, Savensia works with corporations, startups, NGOs, and international networks to help them build products, shape programs, and strengthen teams.
Our approach combines structured methods with a human-centered mindset, grounded in more than a decade of experience with technology companies, innovation teams, creative collaborations, and business development roles.
