User rights on the Savensa platform regarding the processing of personal data

The processing of personal data is carried out by Savensia in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 on the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

According to Law no. 677/2001, a client who uses the interface on the savensia.com website to communicate with us, expresses their interest in receiving information about Savensia’s services.

However, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data and to request its deletion. To exercise these rights, you can send a request to the email address smaranda@savensia.com.

A client’s refusal regarding the processing of personal data will only affect data processing for marketing purposes, specifically regarding measuring satisfaction with the services we provide.

Refusal does not apply to the execution of the contract, debt collection, or recovery of claims, either amicably or through legal action.

The types of information we may have are:
  • First and last name, email address, and/or phone number – you provide these when filling out one of the forms on the site to obtain information about our services. By completing and submitting these forms or making a phone call, you effectively give us your consent to use this data. We will always use it only in our relationship with you and it will not be shared with any other party.
  • Name, address, personal identification number, date of birth, landline or mobile phone number, email address – we collect these when you give consent for service provision, solely for invoicing purposes. Your personal data are used throughout the duration of services provided by us, or until both parties’ obligations are fulfilled. After this period, we will store and use them only with your consent.
